You may send an email to contacto@studio-sub.com at any time to exercise your ARCO Rights. To do so, you (or your legal representative) must submit a request including:

  • Name of the User/Owner.

  • Address or other means to communicate the response to your request.

  • Documents proving identity (IFE/INE or passport) and, if applicable, legal representation.

  • A description of the data regarding which you seek to exercise ARCO rights.

If documentation is missing or contains errors, the Company will notify you within 3 business days. You will then have 5 business days to provide the corrected information; otherwise, the request will be deemed as not submitted.

7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company may disclose your personal data to third parties who, by virtue of the services and products offered, need to know such data to fulfill them completely. Likewise, the Company may disclose your information to competent authorities in terms of applicable legislation. Any transfer of personal data without consent will be carried out in accordance with Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
